I’ve been a member here for the last four years, but after today’s experience, I’m seriously considering canceling my membership. My friend and I came to wash our cars. She always vacuums her car before purchasing her wash and has never had an issue until today. We were approached and she was wrongly accused of being someone else who had previously had issues at this location and even had the police called on them. Bill, the sales manager, was extremely rude throughout the interaction. We explained that we were simply vacuuming first and were about to purchase our washes. We even told him he was welcome to watch us if he had any concerns. Beyond this incident, the overall quality of this location has gone downhill. The vacuums are often weak or broken, and many times there are no clean towels available for customers. What concerns me the most is how my friend was mistaken for someone else. From my perspective, the only similarity between the two individuals was that they were both Black. That left us feeling unfairly singled out and profiled, and it was an upsetting experience. I’ve used Caliber Car Wash many times over the years and have generally had good experiences, which is why this visit was so disappointing. On Saturday, I drove through a swarm of locusts and the only thing dirty on my truck was the front end covered in bug splatter. I knew the $19 wash would be more than enough. When I paid, I specifically told the employee taking my card that all I needed was the bugs removed. She assured me that the attendant at the entrance would scrub the front of my truck before I went through the wash. When I got to the prep area, the young man directing vehicles looked completely exhausted. He gave the front of my truck one quick, half-hearted pass with the brush and sent me through. I knew it probably wasn’t enough, but figured the wash would finish the job. After the wash, I pulled into the vacuum area and noticed 4 or 5 large bug remains still stuck to the front of my truck. They still had legs and heads attached, so they clearly hadn’t been removed. I drove back around and politely explained the situation to the employee who had checked me in. Do not recommend. I’ve not been spoken to so rudely in a very long time. The manager walked up to me while I was vacuuming and told me to stop what I was doing and immediately go through the wash. I said I always vacuum and clean the inside before going through the wash because I don’t want the water spots to dry onto my car. He accused me of “eating before I paid.” I’m baffled by the disrespect. You’d think if someone was so concerned with getting paying customers, they would treat their customers more respectfully. My husband and I were frequent customers but we will not be coming back. Would rather spend my money somewhere that values people more than a buck.

Staff was super friendly and my truck came out exceptional! I love being a member at superstar car wash, it’s a great deal especially for as much as I wash my truck, I’m able to save a lot of time and money across all locations. They even gave me some complimentary air fresheners. Would highly recommend this car wash and it’s membership package.

I’m not very happy with the service at this car wash. I purchased a new car in December 2025 and each time I’ve gone through it has scratched the rear left rim when going through the tire shine area. The manager believes his machine is perfect and denies any liability. I filed a claim with the company and they also denied any liability. I have video evidence showing the rim before and after a trip through the wash and it definitely scratches my rim. It’s a low profile tire. It must be something about the wheelbase and the rim design on a 2025 Toyota crown Limited. Regardless, their machine is scratching the rim. Caliber was adamant that they are not responsible for the damage in spite of video evidence and my own two eyes seeing the damage. Also the car is still very wet after exiting and requires a lot of hand drying. I’m taking my business somewhere else.
